Default Car life list

'67 Oldsmobile 98, 425 Super Rocket, tires will spin if you bury the go pedal even when rolling downhill at 45 mph.*
75 Chevy Impala wagon, 350sb
73 Chrysler Newport, 400
74 Dodge PowerWagon, 4x4, 383, 4sp.
77 Chevy K10 Scotsdale, 4x4, 400sb*
74 Datsun 260Z, 4sp, 2.6l-I6, dual side-draft variable venturi carbs, SU-type but made by Hitachi, so they worked!
79 BMW 323is, Euro Model brought back by a friend after TDY in West Germany, I traded him the Z and $8500 for it in 1984, worth every penny. I still miss that one.
80 Buick Skylark, iron dukie. Ish
77 Mercedes 240D, nice ride all the way to 82mph, but I got over 30 mpg on hwy.
73 Pontiac Ventura, 421 out of an old Catalina…fast until it ate the camshaft.
85 Mercury Topaz, 2.3l I4, ish.
85 Saab 900 turbo, 2.0l, 16v, sedan, bad tranny, bad bad tranny.
86 Chrysler LeBaron, 2.5, wife's car.
88 Buick Century, iron dukie, why did I fall for that again? Ish.
86 Saab 900 SPG Turbo, 332k before engine cooked off. Loved that one.*
90 Jeep Cherokee 4x4, 4.0l, wife's car.
95 VW Passat GLX 2.8 VR6.
96 Ford Aerostar EXT AWD, wife's car
01 VW Passat GLS 2.8l, ATQ, 242k still going strong,
94 Saturn SL1
91 Chevy Silverado C1500, 5.7l
03 Olds Bravada lemon *smart-trac. Traded for…

Then the economy turned sour.*
97 Olds Cutlass 3.1 totalled by deer.
98 Cadillac Catera, 3.0v6, cracked head, scrapped it.
98 Chevy Blazer, 224k burns/loses no oil/coolant. 16-18mpg. I'm liking it a lot!
