Default Old Brakes

So i have a motorcycle brake system that has jellied or crystalized ,whichever you prefer, DOT4 brake fluid in it. Can any of this gunk be cleaned out? can I at least salvage the calipers and master cylinder? it's a 1978 honda cb550. I figured I'd have to get new brake hoses cause there not that expensive but if there is a magical solvent out there that would take it all away....my wallet would thank me dearly
