Only thing most owner manuals is gonna say carry it to somebody that can pull it and recycle it. In the ideal world it never leaks and the acumulator is replaced every 3 years. In the real world nothing is touched until it leaks out, quits working, and the diy guy refuses to overpay for fixing it.
I personally use 150 but best find a hvac guy to ask.
