Default Progress with GM/Dex-Cool Settlement

Did you see the post for the GM/Dex-Cool Settlement? They are actually offering CASH reimbursements of $50 to $800 for people who paid for covered repairs. Check out the website www.dexcoolsettlement.com and see if you can get some relief for repairs paid for by May 30, 2008. I think a lot of people are finally gonna get covered for their losses.

I disagree. I don't think many people will get much at all. They are really picky about what is covered. Even with covered parts, you have to have a whole lot of evidence to show that you preformed necessary maintenance to prevent the problems. With the number of people that have no problems with dexcool...it only stands to reason that a specific set of circumstances are needed to have the severity of problems that would be covered by the lawsuit...

Good luck though..
