i hate how the state has to regulate everything. fishing.... really? i understand hunting and commercial fishing, but just a dad and his son wanting to go fish. a cheap trip turns out to be $40 in license's.

There's always abusers ruining it for everyone. I know people who go fishing and will catch twice their limit and have to hide the fish under their hood, in their airbox and what not just so the warden won't find them.
