Returning

wlorton, I think so it was about june when we started the cleanup at the new house and I went mia.
We actually bought the house off some friends we've known 13 yrs they bought it for their oldest son who was too lazy to work lived in the house 3 months let all utilities get shut off for non payment ( I mean seriously who cant pay a $50 electric bill?) so he moved back in with mom and dad and left his pit locked in a bedroom here for 2 weeks (hence the need to tear out carpet and repaint a room) house then sat empty for 7 months. They sold it to us for what they paid we were giving them $500/mo. to pay it off asap then when tax return came we handed over the last $2k just to be done with the bill and make day to day expenses drop. Feels good to know all I have to worry about now is $400/year in property taxes and the insurance sure beats all the years of $600 or more a month in rent lol.
Now one of my neighbors is offering $4k for my precious blazer without the amps and subs love her to death but I'm having a very hard time convincing myself to say no I could use that cash to finish off the '72 cutlass in the garage and spend my summer at the track lol.
