So i was at my Friends apt. this evening was there maybe and hour, i go out to carport and my drivers door is a bit open and my trunk is open! I'm not happy about this since my car has been stolen and broke into once before also..I'm worried i feel numb thinking about this.If you all know i own a 91 Accord EX #2 most stolen car in America as MSN auto has reported..Ok im not rich in fact im struggling so i have no $ for a really nice alarm system and can't afford the FULL deal insurance. I love my lil Honda but i feel i need to get rid of it before it gets takin or broke into again..Anyone have idea's??? And yes im thinking about another Blazer lol

 

Whats in your car thats worth breaking into? If its an aftermarket stereo, take the faceplate. Otherwise, remove all the valuables

General question. How high/low on the most stolen list are Blazers in the US?

Subaru is the most desirable for car thieves here.

 

#35 is Chevrolet Compact SUV (Blazer)
#43 is Chevrolet Blazer (i'm assuming full size)

 

I had the 'Club' on it! and i have like older alpine cd player..nothing was taken dont leave much in it since i got it back after it was stolen back July..All they did was tore through glove box and made a mess!

Mr Bean had a padlock on his Mini's door. As far as I know,it's never been broken into or stolen! lol

 

Given the curcumstances you mentioned, it might be somebody close by in the neighborhood or even somebody who knows you slightly. Something to think about.

 

If it is so high in the stolen vehicle category, wouldn't your insurance be pretty high too? If your insurance is high I would trade it in for a blazer and just take whatever money you save in insurance to put in your tank and/or do some mods, pay some bills, etc.
