Solen Vehicle Slow Down

Since OnStar brought this out and I heard of it I was wondering if I could get an insurance discount for this?

When they tried to steal my truck a year ago my alarm killed the car within 5 minutes, my truck was just right up the street lol.

looks like it will not work because it is on select 2009 models
