She literally has THE perfect markings... they are so even.
I'll see if I can't get her to sit still long enough for me to get a decent pic. lol

I'll be the first to admit that my big dog is aggressive because of the way I raised him, though he is only aggressive towards people. He loves other dogs.

We got him from the pound almost 11 years ago and he was this little 10 week old puppy. I was stationed on a boat at the time and gone more than I was home and wanted to get a dog that would at the very least bark when someone came near the house, and at the very best would protect my wife if someone ever broke in.

The day we brought him home the next door neighbor came over to check him out. This little puppy started barking immediately and went to bite when the neighbor bent down to pet him. Of course, little puppy bites are scary to anyone but I thought I might have just got the perfect dog. As he got older I never told him to hush or be quiet when someone came to the door. Now a days, there's only a handful of people that can even pet him.

It was my own doing and I accept full responsibility for how he is. He has turned out to be the best dog I've ever known. Extremely smart and well behaved. He whines when I go to get the mail or bring the garbage to the street. He is always so excited when I get home. And he gets along great with our other two dogs, even though he was the first one in the house by about two years. I can't say enough good about him.

Just a little mutt that we happened across in the pound.

All our dogs bark at the sight of a stranger. And that's scary having 3 big dogs barking at you. But I don't think they would ever bite unless someone was actually harming one of us. Once they get to know you they will try to knock you down when you come over lol.

Dogs will behave how you train, or don't train, them to be. I guess people don't understand this and just assume that its the breed. But I bet if someone train a Golden Retriever to be aggressive then they will blame the owner. Because Goldens can't possibly be mean... yeah okay.

Guess I forgot to mention that my big ol' mutt will bite and has bitten. Two idiots that believed all dogs love them and tried to pet him while he tied up at my in-laws. Another time the neighbors daughter came into the house unbeknownst to anyone and got bit. Truth be told, the girl swung at the dog as he was doing what he had been trained to do, protect. He spent ten days in the pokey for that one. The girl was fine, didn't break the skin. We just make sure that if we have company that he is always in a room or outside and let the company know not to open that door.

And, no, I don't keep my dogs tied up. That was a one time deal over Christmas a few years back. I've got my backyard fenced in, about an acre. All three sleep inside at night and are inside during the summers down here or if it's raining.

Wow... if that had happened here then the dog would have been euthanized... maybe I'll listen to my husband and move down to Guffpowt as he says lol. He lived down there before he joined the USMC and his family is still down there. Maybe we can have big dogs at the house. lol.
