Its nice to be on a forum that can actually debate something maturely. One of my old forums had a separate "Flame Wars" forum where topics like this had to be moved to regularly it was so bad lol. LoveMyTJ is right, it's all about what YOU need in a vehicle, arguing which is better is like saying green is a better color than red lol. Ive always liked Wranglers, but since I do more on road driving than off I prefer the smoother ride and extra passenger room of a blazer, and since I have better things to do with my time/money than sit around a land rover dealership getting service done I feel I've made the right choice
I do really envy the ability to take off the doors and roof at a moments notice tho..

I agree with everything you just said...don't forget being able to take the top off too. =D

I have convinced myself that I was going to buy a Wrangler more than a few times, but every time I test drive one...I dunno...not for me I guess.

the thing that shies me away from wranglers is their price tag. I wouldn't mind getting one but I'd use it to beat the crap out of it on the trails. and most wranglers cost too much to beat the crap out of them. One of these days I'ma get a craigslist $500 k5.

Thats the other thing that turns me away, they hold their resale really well, which is a good thing...unless you buy used lol

I had a friend who bought her jeep stock for $7000 and then lifted it 3 inches and put bigger tires on it and bent her axle. She got a $6500 trade in on it with a bent axle pretty amazing if you ask me

LOL, not quite sure that is a real ad, but it's been around a long time. Good stuff.

Yes Wranglers hold their value. I like to refer to them as the Harley Davidson of the automobile world. They command a high resale for sure. The good thing is if you spend the money, you will most likely recover it if you decide to sell it. I love mine as a second vehicle, and yes cruising in an open cockpit is like nothing else. Doors off, top off, lifted = one sweet ride on a hot summer day

Oh lord...let's not compare anything to Harley Davidsons...the stupidity of their existence far surpasses anything else I know of.

Disclaimer: for the debate about motorcycles, please see the thread that you make to talk about them.

She wasn't wearing her seatbelt!

That should be flagged as inappropriate lol.

Without a seatbelt in a vehicle with no doors or roof, She's lucky to still be living lol
