Default Transfer case motor troubles...

My father and I are replacing the transfer case on a 2000 s10 blazer. We have it out and pick up a good, but we can not get the shift motor on it. Is a trick to getting this on? Please help...

The only trick I know of is to make sure the selector shaft is in the right position for the motor to go on.

Good luck!
