......our government has just announced that our boys are alledgedly coming home in july next year

PCSd here, I dont see us out anytime soon.

I dont honestly see us out of the AO by 2012.

alledgedly is the big thing......the question is, is it time to bring them home. Is the Middle East ready to have their own government and not live in fear of being blown up. I believe the answer is no. As much as I would like to see them come home. Its not the time.
