i have no plans to eat food tonight, but have polished off 3 drop top amber ales to suplement my calorie in take. should go 2 or 3 more before bed :icon_shrug:

I made a Buffalo Steak Teriyaki Stir Fry with Red and Green Peppers, Onions, and a little bit of Soy served with Egg Noodles. mmmmmm... :)

Elk steak cut into stips, grilled and then smothered in gravy with whole mushrooms served over rice, green beans, pan fried baby red potatos seasoned with Cajun seasonings, french bread baked with butter and garlic and a nice cold glass of milk.

damn it. i <3 elk as it is the best meat ever. EVER...

i had elk tacos this weekend (tiny can of tomato paste mixed with spicey taco mix over 1.5 lb elk burger). brown and serve. Best. Meat. EVER. bar none.

This is why my wife has absolutely no problem with me going hunting. And I agree, best meat EVER. Luckily, my freezer is full at the moment.

I just had some chicken with corn, tomato, and chili peppers on top. I also had some grilled asparagus that was grooving in some olive oil and some kosher salt and lemon juice. Oh so delicious.

Me and the wife keep it lean as I'm doing P90x and the wife is doing the wave workouts. Most of the time its fish, lean beefs, or Chicken/Turkey. Last night was tocos. :)

x2 i had bear and it was different, but not all that desirable. kidda heavy like the red meat version of duck if that makes sense :icon_no:

on a similar note i give you:

I had a breaded pork chop, corn, baked beans, and some macaroni and cheese at my girlfriends tonight. It was amazing, best breaded pork chop ever. =]

I love bear steak, it's kind sweet and surprisingly tender


My favorite meat is definitely venison with sauteed mushrooms on the side

Well since its 9:55 in the a.m here my dads cooking up some bacon, pancakes, breakfast sausage, ham, eggs, and maybe some french toast. Oh and fresh fruit on the side. :)
