Congratulations and thank you in advance. My brother in law has 2 1/2 years left to finish 20 years in the Navy. He is currently a Flight Engineer on a P3 Orion and stationed in out side of Seatle. I also was out drinking this weekend with a guy from high school who has been in between active duty and reserve duty since 1987. He just got back from a 9 month deployment with boots on the ground in Afganistan.

 

Congrats! You'll have fun once you get used to everything. Its that initial shock that is overwhelming.
