ha! i actually had a bigger one before, when i had two piercings in my ear. but the larger hoop (a little over 1" O.D.) got caught on a skid plate bolt on one of my trucks, and ripped it right through the lobe!
it made a freakin' mess and it has too much scar tissue to pierce it again.
i saw your pic, and was like, "awright! a man who knows his beer!!"
but then i saw the "Light" on the label.
