I'm 240 and every tiny piece of food I eat pretty much doubles in me lol Winter is usually my "big" time of year but this summer the weight didn't leave lol hopefully I don't get bigger.

Although if people ran on fuel, I'd definitely be a diesel lol. I don't show muscle but I could probably move a house lol

 

i dont look all that strong and i cant bench worth crap but i can beat some of my strongest friends at arm wrestling!!! the guys weigh over 300 and play football. even i was shocked.

 

Most I've put up on the bench was 323.

 

 

you and me both man. I hover around 240 and get up to 250 in winter. can't bench press worth a sh#$ but can pick up a 300 pound sub box and carry it 30 feet like its nothing.

 

^ It's stamina and tone. All these 'cut' guys I laugh at because they have almost no endurance and can not do any heavy lifting past 10 seconds.

I'm 210 10-12" arms and I can take a Stryker steering gear(~80-120 given if it has fluid) and move it around like a sack of potatoes. Guy who 'showed' more muscle than me was like this **** is nothing...picked it up and couldn't even hold it past 10 seconds.

That is why I do not get why girls go for these cut guys....when 90% can't outlast us everyday working joes.

 

Because those cut guys "look better" and give the illusion of being "stronger" and whatnot when compared to guys who are still strong (like us) but don't necessarily show it.

 

those guys dont look better...be healthy thats all we ask LOL girls want someone they feel safe with...you can have all the muscles in the world and still be a big coward.
