That must have been the scariest by far. I have a couple of these for around my farm and get cold feet at about 50 on farm trails. They're both '84's though.

Pfft I blew the welds off my intake manifold driving so fast in the blazer. lol...






But to stay on topic, I've gone up to 100 mph in the blazer while driving through Ohio on my way in Indy. Now I only average 65-70 mph due to traffic where I live. Btw speeding is dumb, only good that comes from it is a speeding ticket and points on your license. lol

I wouldn't consider a speeding ticket a good thing lol. What about the rush?

i would consider a speeding ticket a good thing IF you look at all of the consquences that could be had from excessive speed (on a closed course)

drove 109mph in my blazer...never agian and 90 mph in my dads 99 dodge 2500....that one resulted in a speeding ticket so no more of that

I would love to take some cars out to an airstrip and see how fast they go....

Come on over! We share this one with the state police now who use it for practicing PIT maneuvers, etc. We do our EVOQ course on it. There are SCCA events on it during the summer as well.

97 all the way.....Then there was a state trooper hiding between the hills on interstate and got me ...300 dollars later I now do 75

135 in my 96 Mazda MX-3 GS(small 1.8L V6)
it was actually really stable at that speed aswell.
Havnt even tried to top out the Blazer.
