Whats the fastest have you gone on your car?

Just noticed this thread.
I blew out a rear tire @ 145mph in my old WS6
I maxed out a 01 Roush mustang @ 15x somthing. Little hard to look at the cluster and watch what your doing.
Rode shotgun in a buddy of mines fox body , when he maxed out 5th gear. Absoulutley no idea how fast we were going , speedo was wrong , but it was fast enough that you couldnt hear the loudass turndowns , just the wind.

hmmmm i have to get in this thread now.
my 98 jimmy i have got it up to 100mph on the speedo
which means it was at like 110mph or more im guessing since my tires throw off the speedo off by 10.
now other cars:
04 honda civic ex, pushing 380HP was about 145mph, but 0-60 was one hell of a ride.
08 Porsche Carrea S(x gfs dads) was about 190mph on our highway here. 110mph in second gear, screaming my head off.
01 honda civic 4dr( first civic) was about 110mph.
02 Honda Accord(fathers car) 120mph

for those that don't know, if you're doing 50 KPH over the posted limit (doesn't matter if you're on the highway and it's 100 KPH, or a side street posted @ 40 KPH), you lose your licence on the spot, vehicle is impounded on the spot for 7 days-doesn't even matter if it even a OPP car (local cop found that out as she was busted for 166 in a 100 with no call logged)-at a yard of their choice. so you can't even have it towed to yourhouse while you wait it out.
and of course you have to pay the impound fees before your vehicle will be released.
@ least my Jetta & 'Burb aren't fast enough (or quick enough) to have to worry about it though.
