i have tried a few different codes but it seems that they have to enable it for use all to use it, right now only admins/moderators can only use it if i am correct

I am sure that once the database is fully transfered that the next step will be the configuring of the forum rights, etc. Everything will be returned to the way it was before. Just be patient.
