Default 2000 2dr 2wd thinking of lowering 5/6

Hey guys in new to the forum and want to lower my truck about 5/6 . I was thinking about getting drop spindles and springs and the 6" block in the back. How far can I go before I have to start modifying .. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
The newbie

idk about the 2wd but i lowered my 04 4x4 and only two inches in the back not a lot of room for the suspension to move i think that with 6 in the back you might have to notch the frame but not too sure
