I am looking for a lowering kit for my 4x4 s10 '95 blazer. Id also like to put 18' LP tires on it.

 

All you have to do is take the torsion keys out of the front and use blocks to lower the back.
That is what was dont to mine and it looked good.

i Did the same thing the torsion keys can be adjusted if you wanna go for the kit

This is the 3 front 3 rear kit. with the bump stops i used the onesfor the front you will need to cut the back ones prolly about 1 notch off if you don't the back will bounce alot on bumps.

ok thanks! Now is this something I can have a friends who knows about mechanics do or should I take it somewhere and have it done professionally? I heard that if its not done right that it will wear out tires really fast?

 

you can do it yourself save your money. it is really easy id say find a shop that you can use a lift, alot easier with it in the air.
The camber with the bolts loose will tear at your tires. so the lower the more camber.
heres how i did it.

Ok if you have a lift First thing:
Take Picture!
Front:
take off all the tires for less weight,remove the bump stops keep if want. If you have skid plates near the back, pull em off for now
put a c-clamp or something that you can put pressure on that torsion key only have to tighten it down alittle bit,
start taking the bolt out they say remember the count IF you wanna return to stock but i threw the stocks away.
Remove the metal shim out of the way keep that and the bolt you will need them remember which end goes up.
start loosening the c-clamp, remove it and find the end of the torsion bar and smack it out of the way may take alittle while if gum'd up wd-40 or something on other end may help,
once it budges move it enough to get the key out.
the new keys may have to much paint on them so shave some off the top untill it slides in
put shim in and bolt it down (C-clamp not needed now for this part)
once its down and everythings done find somewhere to measure both sides to make sure it is even adjust if needed.

Do shocks while your up there.

Rear:

Loosen the U-Bolts and remove for new ones
Remove the bump stops and may need to trim it down for clearence.
take some type of lift for the axle make sure center'd lol (I used a transmission jack)
place blocks in.
Lower the Transmission Jack or what ever you use.
put u-bolts on both sides bolt em down semi evenly I used an air tool to get them pretty damn tight.
put all tires on and bring her downonce down take another pic and post them!
