Hi everyone, I'm new to forums and I have a quick question. I've done a lot of research on this and was wondering, I backed the torsion bar bolts until one of them fell out, I did both sides in equal increments and put the bolt a couple of threads back in and both sides are equal now. My question is, how do I get more than 1.5" drop using this method without purchasing the aftermarket keys?

If your bolts are out, you really can't go further without getting indexed keys. To turn the keys 1 flat on the torsion bars (60* rotation) would be too far and you would be riding on the bump stops.
