    yes they can be, i did a how to on the whole flare rebuild and install...it has plenty of pics as well.

    When you installed your flares do you remember if the brackets on them could be pulled off to be replaced? I found a set of zr2s on craigslist but some of the brackets are broken or missing:/

    its just a plastic coated cable i picked up at a local depot, it has a regular pad lock on it.
    like a bike lock type setup up.
