Default 1997 chevy 4door 4x4 blazer

I have a 97 4door 4x4 blazer
previous owner cough cough College kid
did a hack job on the front control arms aka cut them with a torch jacked up the vehicle then welded them in place as poor man's lift kit.
I need to find a lift kit that will allow me to keep the 32s that this blazer sits on

Looks like another engineering feat by a GED holder.

I hope he at least cut replaceable parts and not the actual frame... definitely a project on your hands.
