Default 2004 Chevrolet Blazer - after a Tiring Search!

At 63, an item in my Bucket List was to find a clean, low mileage S10 Blazer. In 1978 I purchased a new Blazer, for around $9500.00, if I recall. Wanted to find a similar color and almost found the purchase match. A four door, with 34,000 miles.

Wish I kept the 78 and hope I will keep the 04. Hopefully, it will be on a car carrier, next week on its way to its new home in NH.

Damn she looks clean, those miles are mind blowing-ly low!

Thanks, it was difficult to nail down a reasonable offer. Any comments about a fair price on the Blazer? I probably over paid, but I see something like this appreciating 10 years from now. Is it worth getting it appraised?

I've restored and re-purposed about 15 military vehicles over the last 30 years, but can't turn a wrench any longer due to a rare, progressive Neuro-Muscular disease. So I'm hoping, other than a complete fluid and filter change, hopefully it will be trouble-free.

Love the 4.3L

Woooo that is a clean ride!

I bought my 98 Blazer for 5 grand, about 5 years ago. Had 54k on it, and no problems.

Since then, I've easily sunk another 5 grand plus in tires, accessories, and maintenance.

Looking to keep mine forever.

I take it you must have found it down south, as there is no noticeable rust. Really nice find.
From the dealership...I'd say you probably paid around 10-12...?

Thanks for the comments. With shipping I'll be into the Blazer tor $11k. It arrives early next week assuming it's picked up today. The concern is insuring it as the book value is around $4500.00.

So i might get it appraised and try to obtain insurance through Hagerty.

Thoughts?
