'95 Blazer in VA
Roommate got a new Tacoma so I picked up his old Blazer for $700.

LS package, been in a fender bender but nothing serious at all, frame still straight and all that. Running kinda rough so I popped the hood and after a bit noticed a couple things:
1. I'm guessing this is a PCV which is broken off. No big deal there.
2. The hole in the intake pipe I would assume is where the PCV vents into via a tube of some sort?

3. The Big Puzzler: just behind the battery is a tube connected to a sensor of some sort at one end and Ts off at the other. It appears to have had oil or something in it because I saw a couple drips on the T end. What is this and what does the sensor do? Could it be the culprit of the rough idle?

I know a few things about cars and have the Haynes manual for this truck but can't seem to find this part. Its a 4.3L Vortec engine.
Thanks for any help.
