Default 99 Chevy S-10

I have a 99 Chevy S-10 with 160 K miles on it. It would want to turn over and would a couple of times, but now it won’t crank at all, and the crank pulley is completely locked up. Any ideas on what this could be?

If the crank shaft pulley won't move, pull all six plugs and try to turn it over by hand. If it does turn over you probably hydro locked one or more of the cylinders. If it doesn't turn over, well, time to tear the engine down to find out what is locked up. Best to rebuild the engine at that point.
