hi all-
just picked up a 2001 4DR 4WD LT with 115k miles. this is my first chevy; I've owned, or own, a ford escort, a fmazda probe, a mitsubishi eclipse and a chryslerbishi talon.
currently still own the Eclipse, a 2000 V6 that I've owned since new, beaten the **** out of, blown the motor on (twice, sort of thrice), and generally have a love/hate relationship with.
bought the Blazer as a winter beater/pet bus/DD for the time being. just accepted a new job, hoping the Blazer is reliable enough to allow me to buy a new, sportier toy in the spring, for good weather driving. ideally I'd like to see this thing last me the next 3 years, as I hope to buy a house later next year, and don't expect to be able to buy another truck for a while.
will be commuting 10-15 miles each way in the snow. what do people generally go with for winter rubber on the stock wheels?
