Another Denver noob
Hi
I'm Chris from Denver
I'm primarily a musician who loves getting techy and doing as much of my own car maintenance as I can.
I recently took ownership of a 2001 Olds Bravada.
88K, white with the Platinum package. It's always been garaged, decently maintained and never pushed even remotely hard. Looks and rides nice. The Bose stereo rawks!
It's definitely more problematic compared to my other ride: a 1986 Toyota Van that only requires fresh fluids on a (quasi) regular basis to stay happy. I swear, it seems like it is built with redundant parts and takes abuse. This is not the case with the Bravada: things break for no reason.
This is my first SUV, let alone AWD/4WD type vehicle and I will have lots of questions, especially regarding the Smartrac: diffs, transfer case and their maintenance-so far it is preventative service and I want to do it right and get all the life I can out of it.
