Hello everyone,

Just got my Blazer a couple of weeks ago. Had one back in the late 90's and love it. But stupid me traded it in for a Dodge Intrepid. That was the biggest mistake I made. It was a 2000 and the engine blew with in a couple of year and they would not cover it under the warranty because they didnt like my receipts for the oil changes.

Now I get a 97 Blazer its a bit different then the one i had, but I'm happy with it. Was my fathers he keep it in good shape. 90,000 miles on it but it runs like new. Just got to get the tranny flush out and some mods. But I dont know much about doing my own work on car or trucks so I'll be posting some question in the future.

yeah my father takes good care of his cars. Me i beat the crap out of my cars lol. but this truck in my new baby and im going to take good care of it. want to do alot to it just need the cash to get it done lol

 

You sound like a freind of mine. He bought a 1997 blazer 2dr, and said he would baby it. Next thing you know, he ends up flipping the truck on it's side a month later, haha.

 

yeah i hear that lol. well lets see how long it takes me to break it in. been thinking about getting some good tires and go mudding. its FL you got to mud in this state right lol

 

I miss the clay pits up in North West FL and Lower Alabama.
