Hi,
I'm not a new member, I used to cruise these forums daily....but it's been a long time. I had sold my blazer and bought a new xterra. Recently we were faced with some unexpected financial challenges, so I had to say goodbye to my beautiful fully loaded off road edition xterra. Back in a blazer (04 this time). First thing I noticed is the selection of stock size tires has dwindled! BFG no longer lists their all terrains in 235 70 R15... I couldn't find jack for decent all terrains. Looks like I'm in for a rough winter lol. Anywho, not excited to be back in the blazer (there is a huge difference in handling), but happy to be back to the forums and happy to pay much less $ monthly

Welcome back and you might want to take a look at the Firestone Destination A/T. I'm happy with mine.

Not really a fan of destinations. I prefer agressive tires. I
used to run bfg a/t ko's. The Goodyear duratracs also look promising neither of which are in my size. I'm not going the lift and mod route this time. Looks like it's back to Les Schwab Toyos...

I just put a set of Goodyear Wranglers (don't remember the exact model - there are several) that's replacing one they are phasing out. Mine are 235 75 R15s. The tread is a pretty good off-road design while still letting you be able to hear something besides road noise. I'll post again if I can dig out the paperwork and get the name. They were pretty inexpensive. About 1/2 what the same people wanted for BFG KOs.

Looks like the previous owner put R75's on it. They look like they have plenty of clearance. That opens up a wide range of choices.
