Default Blower motor resistor

Blower motor resistor wiring harness has no power. I’ve replaced the ac system relay and fuses, along with blower fuses and relays was wondering what else I can do to fix this problem thank you

my heater blower is being weird. If set the switch on hi the blower does not come on. If I take the power lead off the contact on the blower and then touch it the motor will turn on and run. If i turn the switch one click to the left it goes off. If I turn it back to high it still does not run. I am baffled. I think I have a bad switch.
