Default Correct spark plugs?

Just Curious to know what are the ideal plugs for a 97 4.3. I had ac delco iridum ones but read some stuff about how i should only use platinum.

IMO, Iridium plugs provide the same long life as Platinum with better spark control. So long as you use the appropriate plug for your application and use a plug from a good manufacturer (NGK, Denso, or AC Delco), then you should be good to go.

I had NGK Iridium plugs in my Bravada for around 6 months (12k miles) before I sold the truck. I got them for free from a sponsor of the site.
