well for starters the license plate has been tie-wrapped on, i am unsure about the legality of this 'construction'. Also it isn't connected, and however i want to go off-road i don't think it will serve a lot of use to me. It also sticks out quite a bit and often has me wondering why it hasn't hit anything yet (i don't have a drivers license yet so i have mom to drive me around :P).

Is it possible to move the winch further back and then just make a smaller hole to feed the winch cable through?

This question is possibly easily answered by someone who is more familiar with the frame structure of our blazers... but I am not.
