Default Engine swap 97 to 94

New here and may not even be the right question for this group but I'm hoping somebody will know something but I'm wanting to know how hard it would be to swap a 97 4.3 motor and transmission out of a Express 1500 Chevy van into a 94 1500 Chevy Silverado that also has a 4.3 in it but I would like to swap the motor and transmission out of the van into the truck any help would be appreciated thank you

They have completely different control systems, so it won't be an easy task. Anything is possible, but it's not going to be very practical.

Welcome to the Blazer Forum.

Quite some undertaking. Between 94 and 97 nearly all electronics has changed as well. Would need transferring nearly "everything" related to the drive train from one truck to the other.
