Hey everybody! My name is Patrick. I reside in the sunny island country of the Bahamas. I currently own a 1998 Blazer, with a 98 GMC Jimmy front end, with a 2002 S10 engine. I call it, The Junk Yard Dog! Why?

Well, about 3 years ago, I had this engine sitting around in a totalled truck. I went to a junk yard and found the shell of the blazer in pretty decent condition and spent $800 for it. Now, my brother is a mechanic and I am more or less his protege, for lack of a better word. He is a big fan of ALL THINGS CHEVY and he has basically a collection of Chevy trucks. He has an Xtreme S10, a blazer and a customized C10/C15 Truck..can't remember which it is.

Anyway, he had the front end of a Jimmy lying around and I took that off his hands.

And now I have a "TRANSFORMER" truck..if you will! LOL

I'm hoping to get a nice paint job on it real soon...BUT we'll see what happens. Being self employed, you have to be real vigilant in how you spend your cash. As long as I can get from point A to Point B, that's all that really matters. I'm supposed to be getting a scooter in the next week, so I'll be able to park JYD in my back yard and give it some much needed TLC!
