Cool A Frankenstein, 1941 Chevy/ K5 blazer

Another Newbie, Newton the Forum but built vehicles for 40 years.. I purchased a 1941 Chevy AK truck body mounted on
a 1972/73 K5 Blazer frame running gear.. I need to determine if there are specific items to identify if it’s 1972 or 1973?
I want to upgrade the suspension but I’m at a loss, it has a 1973 Wiring harness but I suspect a 1972 frame &running gear..
any help would be appreciated in identifying specific items as 72 or 73 only
