Greetings everyone
Hi, I'm from the northeast USA and the proud driver of a 2001 Blazer LT. I've already found this place very useful and think I will enjoy being a part of the community, and hope that I'll come up with something to contribute back! My Blazer is navy blue metallic and for the most part it's plain and ordinary cept for some odd spots like my driver door where there's carpet instead of the plastic cup on the handle to facilitate the different shaped handle from the old door, and an LS badge on it :/ I had to repaint the rims and upgraded the sound system, but there's no performance modifications yet. By the time I got it was at 199k miles so I plan to rebuild the engine with some enhancements, please give me some suggestions for that! It's been a lot of work getting it into decent shape again but it's all been a labor of love and I don't think I'll be done working on it anytime in the foreseeable future

At the moment it's not ready for a photo shoot, still in the shop, but I snapped a couple on my phone in between working. Here you can see some of the odd things that make my blazer unique, the chrome bowtie, the door molding and the LS badge (It's an LT!!), paint on the air cleaner... lots of little oddities all over but I might just leave that way to keep it's eccentric "personality," like the owner
I just changed out the lifters, the engine was really clean inside for having next to 200k miles!
