Hello Everyone
Just joined here as I just bought a 91 Blazer 4.3. Engine was knocking then blew a head gasket. Body is in great shape other than some small surface rust spots on the drivers door, rocker, and quarters. Nothing I can't sand out, prime, and save before it goes deep. I found a 327 for 200 bucks out of a 67 RS. I'm going to be rebuilding that for the next month or two after I pick it up in a week and dropping it in. If anyone can lead me in the right way of any info on sbc swaps for my model it would be greatly appreciated! From what I understand it's pretty straightforward.
A little about me- I was born and raised on General Motors, we had practically nothing but Pontiacs and Chevrolets growing up (a few Oldsmobiles inbetween). I turned to the dark side and got a Honda, and fell in love. They're easy to work on, excellent gas mileage, and they really do last forever. Current vehicles are a 1994 Del Sol DD, 1989 Civic Hatchback project car, and the 91 Blazer I picked up. Pics soon

Rexmburns i'm from Virginia too. I thought it was an excellent deal, paying scrap price basically for a clean-for-its-age blazer. Cross your fingers along with me that the 327 won't be bored .060 over lol. Hopefully I'll find a sweet old gem.
