[:-]Long story how I got to this part of my Qwest to make 1 good blazer out of 3 sick ones. 2 of my S-10s are 1985 4X4s one has a 4 speed manuel tranny the other has a good 5 speed manuel.CAN I interchange a good 5 sp where a 4speed went? Both are 1985 trannys thanks popgun

Welcome to the forum, I would have to say yes they will interchange out just one has an extra gear, but to make sure inspect both of them for similarities like length and mounting points.
