Cool Hey blazer forums, FNG

As you can see im the FNG but ive been modifying vehicles and on forums for decades. I just purchased a 2003 blazer 4x4 4door. i came here searching for answers and ideas on cheap/inexpensive mods for the new hunting rig. been tearing up the search button so far but because the rig is old mods are cheap if you can find them lol (love amazon).

BIO:
living in western washington
served 8+ years in the Marines (2000-2009)
lived all over
graduated UTI in 2012
certified auto/diesel tech (ret.)

parts ordered so far: (here at the end of the week)
2" wheel spacers for the rear
1.5" front spacers
2" rear shackles (then torsion twist to lvl)
3rd brake light
tinted window visors
done so far:
new stereo (wiring was all jacked from previous owner)
weather tech floor matts (front and rear)
door hing pins
Falken wildpeak (stock size/awesome tires)
K&N drop in
next months task:
raptor coating lower body line, bumpers, roof rack
ordering new headlights and tails so they all are blacked out and match
researching light bars and fender flairs (and help or ideas would be appreciated)

Welcome to the forum!

As cheyriders says, thank you for your service

Great looking Blazer you have there.

As far as light bars go, a 50" curved fits nicely across the top of the windshield if you use some 98-07 Silverado brackets and massage them a little with a hammer.

well i hate to say "your welcome" because i love my Marines and the time i served was and is the some of the greatest times and worse times of my life lol. blazen_red_4x4 this is very similar to what im going for with my blazer, mild lift, mild tires, and clean reliable rig, what brand light bar is that, i read your entire build thread but i dont remember, and also curious as too how reliable and waterproof it is?
