Default Hope someone can help me

I have 02 blazer LS 2 Dr. 4 wd with torsion bars. OK took my blazer to a mechanic because of work out bushings ball joints etc. had new Control arms upper and lower with ball joints, new shocks, new tie ends rods upper and lower, stabilizer links, and CV axles on both sides alignment and my car is still a very bumpy ride especially when I hit bumps but now it shakes side to side real bad and left side sounds like squeaky noise like the frame when I hit bumps. Took it back he messed with the torsion bars said it's fine but it isn't. Then took it to a shop after spending $1000 with first guy. My water pump went out and he installed idler arm and pitman so another $490 plus parts. and right side seams to be lower. He said he does alignment by hand no machine. But now my car drives to left when I let go of steering wheel. I'm 62 yrs old on fixed income I don't no what else to do can anyone PLEASE help me
