Those caps are noted for getting lost. Mine was a mixed set of missing or other. Ended up doing this route- and then used
with some good 3m double sided tape under center for extra holding power. If you cant get them to pop off from outside just do it the hard way by wheel removal and pop them from inside. Welcome to the forums. Look is like this -
