Question Need Help

I have replaced all items to the "fuel system", except the fuel pump. Compression test was good. Timing is good. It idles just fine but after driving for a little while it looses power and feels like it is miss firing. Get code 42 for a malfunctioning EST or electronic spark timing. Where do i look to fix this?
