Default Needs a little work

I just got a 1996 Blazer LS, passed down from my step father, needs small cosmetic work, front door passenger and driver, gotta love the Western New York winters, and front and rear bumper, outside of the a sounds truck despite 224000mi, still getting around 15-17 MPG most of the time, looking t add a few horses by adding a K and N performance intake in about a month, ultimately looking to lift the truck as well, thinking about a 2" lift, always looking for some tips for ways to improve performance
