Default New Blazer in NC

Hi,
I was recently given a 1985 S-10 Blazer 4x4 by my father-inlaw. The truck is very sound and runs like a top. I am wanting to do some modifications to the truck and turn it into a hunting truck. I would like to lift it some and put atleast 31" tires on, I am considering painting the entire truck with spray-in bedliner, and a few upgrades under the hood. This is going to be something that is done over time when i get extra cash. Could use any advice and any money saving tips that you might have for my lift.
