Default New blazer and new to the site.

I just picked up and old 94 blazer as a toy. This will be project truck for my sons and I. So far the only thing I have done is put tires and rims on it. (Stock rims from a 96 ZR2.) The tires are 31x10.50x15. To my surprise they have not rubbed.
I hope to spend a lot of time reading the threads and learning how to make this a fun little puddle jumper.

Testing the rub on a stump.

Sorry for the double post, I don't know How that happend. I went back and asked a question on a rear axle flip, then a double post.
The Blazer has a altered sticker. It was converted by Custom Craft. I guess it was some type of mid 90's paint scheme. Also fender flares, wood grain etc. At first I really did not like the paint. I bought it with a set of mis-matched rims and tires. With the new rims and real tires the paint some how looks better. Amazing what a set of rims will do.

The paint may get changed to yellow, or Orange, maybe both. Which ever ones the boys go for. Right now thanks to the Transformers movie it may get yellow paint and black stripes like Bubblebee.

That's what I was thinking... a buddy of mine had a early 90's Z71 with a very similar paint scheme as well as the rest of the conversion. Those were very desirable high end vehicles back then! Wish I had the wood grain treatment... lol.
