Hi all,
My name is mike i have a 1977 blazer that I have now owned for ever! It started out as a 6 Cly no power steering and stock height.
As you all know that had to change I installed a gm create engine, power Steering and a 4 inch lift sitting on 33x15 bfg all terrains.
Now that I live out in WV I have had some rust issues got started on and is not yet complete.I have some front gear issues to deal with soon, never ends!!
I have a 15 year old son that is starting to drive legally now with a permit and loves this truck and is getting into working on it.
Thank all Mike

Welcome from Winnipeg! Sounds like you have a great vehicle to build on & GL with the son driving lol. That always proves interesting but at least he's wrenching on it too.

In fact the law was all I needed is a gas cap!! and as long as a v8 was offered that year I was good to go. I had to get this info from the DMV there and present it to him.
