Default New to this forum, big build soon.

I just picked up a 1999 Blazer ZR-2 yesterday. It needs a little TLC hear and there but I got it for a great price. I'm an avid car audio junkie and am a member on many car audio forums. I'm also a gear head and a wrench turner.

Once I get this Blazer mechanically sound, I will start on a very large car audio build.

List of what's up first

Dash kit, HU install, run 4ch RCA's and 2ch for substage.
Run power wires, upgrade door speakers

Tune up, cap/rotor, plus and wires. Possibly an air filter.
Drain and fill no the trans(truck has 130k on it and I don't think it's ever been serviced...)
fix the 4wd(I believe it's the front axle soleniod)
Fix all the leaks up front...
Get a key fob
Shocks all around
Sway bar links
Flush the brakes
I think the rear driver caliper is dragging, so I need to address that asap
Possibly a full brake service

Found out the 4wd wasn't working the hard way...(push button lights light up, and I can hear the transfer case engage)

Biggest issue on the body

Yea, aside from the rust, it looks like it was patched up by the window.

Just gave her a nice bath.

Gotta name her now.

Thank you.

I'll probably do that.

He's a few videos of what I've done.

Two 12s in the trunk
It was ugly but loud

Some custom 15's doing about 3.5-3.75" peak to peak travel

Scrapping the coast 2012

Custom 18's after I reinforced the roof, rear doors, head liner and a few other unseen mods

Welcome to the forum. I used to be a car audio nut too. Was a professional auto electronics installer for 5 years. I gave it up after a few of my friends started having hearing problems, and my first boy was born. Now I still have a decent system, but nothing extreme.
