Hi all,
Ah, where to begin? Ok, I'm a retired peace officer that moonlighted doing mechanic and body work for years. Those off duty years in the shop ended in 1993. Thus I get a bit confused with new cars like my wife's HHR!
However, I just got my hands on a straight bodied 1992 Chev Blazer 4DR Tahoe model. The standard stuff, 4.2 V6. TBI, some nice extras on board...But I can work on this puppy and that makes me feel more at ease with this vehicle. Had a 1998 Model Blazer, but my wife wanted this HHR.....
My Blazer has been neglected at bit by it's former owner, but I see where I can really make this old girl come back to life and shine like it should.
I'm looking forward to gaining as much knowledge and information from this forum as well as being able to aid a few in the process from what I learned while working on vehicles from "the old days" as they say. I was really glad to find this forum and it is a great thing that folks have put this forum together.
Thanks for letting join such an interesting forum.
